My first C/C++

The first compiler that I ever used was a C/C++ compiler. I can not remember the name exactly, but I think it was cygin C/C++ compiler. It looked like it would be fun to use althought I never figured out how to use it. It took me about 16 hours to download on a 56kb dial-up modem. I think you could use either vi or emas as text editors to write the c/c++ programs. I know it worked when I downloaded it because the test program the instructions said to run worked. Yep it was exciting when it finished downloading, but as I said before I never figured out how to use it which was upsetting. I think I would have liked that compiler.
