TCl programming language

I read an article on Dr. Dobb's and it mentioned the Tcl programming language. I think I have heard of Tcl before, but I have never wanted to try it, well now I want to insall Tcl on my computer and write some code in it. I am not sure why I want to try Tcl, I just need to.
