The DVD drive on my computer would not open. There was no dvd in the drive so I that was a plus that I did not have to worry about losing a dvd. But, I did not want to send my computer in for servicing.
As it turns out it was easy to fix. My computer has a removable DVD drive and all I had to do was press the button to release the drive from the computer and put the dvd drive back in the laptop and everything was fixed. The drive made a noise like when I shut it. The drive door opened with not problem.
