My blog contains repetitive posts that are about my dream to become a computer animator and programmer. Its dull, boring and guaranteed to make you hit the back button after you read just one word. Happy reading, Enjoy. This blog also contains fiction.
For my first win I received an email that said I won a 25 dollar cinemark gift card. The email was in my junk folder and I almost left it there, but I decided to move it to me inbox and open it up and see what it said and I am glad I did.
My second win of the day was an instant win of a bag of fun size twix bars. I love twix and can't wait to eat my prize.I have won four times in eleven days. I am on a roll. I hope the wins keep coming.
Yesterday I won a coupon for a bottle of NOS energy drink from NOS's instant win game. I won the coupon the first time I played the instant win game which I believe is a first for me because I can't remember ever winning an instant win prize the first time I have played an instant win game.
On august 1st I won a coupon for a bottle of tea from ITO EN's, How green is you tea instant win game. I thought great I got an instant win on the first day of the month maybe I will win a lot this moth. Bring on the wins.
Today I got an email that said I won a BIC Triumph 730R Roller Pen. Way to go me!! It's the first prize I have won in over three weeks. I wonder if I will win any more prizes this month. I guess I will just have to wait and see.
For the past few weeks I have been working throught the web design tutorials on tizag.com. I have finished reading the html, css, and javascript tutorials. And now I want to lean about javascipt frameworks.
I was not interested in using javascipt frameworks until I read a post on coding horror mentioned jquery. So began my quest to learn jquery. Of course I am not sure I will ever make anything useful using it, but I want to try and learn jquery. I also want to use a few other javascript frameworks: meteora, jsAnimation, and XRegExp. I leaned about the last three frameworks from reading either hacker news, dzone, or reddit. Let the fun begin.
In my last post I wrote that I wanted to write one or two posts a week, well it has been almost a month since that post. So much for that idea. So I decided not to worry about how many times I post on my blog. Instead of saying I will post once a day or twice a week, I will post when ever I want to.
Also in my last post I wrote that I have nothing interesting to write about, well it is true I don't have anything interesting to write about, but I won't let that stop me from blogging. It may stop people from reading, but It wont stop me from blogging, no siree!!
I want to post one or twice a week on my blog instead of once a day so I have more time to lean what I want to learn. I would like to post every day, but I don't have anything interesting to write. So I should concentrate on leaning how to program and making things with blender. The things I want to lean are:
I don't know how much of that stuff I will be able to lean, but I want to lean the basics of all those things.
Today I want to talk about some of the atari 2600 games I enjoyed playing. I am not sure of the exact names of some of the games, but I'll write the post anyway. My favorite game was volleyball. I could play that game for hours it's so fun. Why I like it I don't know.
My next favorite game was donkykong. The sound effects were great. And my next favorite game was battlezone. I can't remember much about battlezone either, but I do remember there was a yellow plane that would always destroy my tank.
Some other 2600 games I played were: baseball, E.T, pitfall, space invaders, pac man, frogger. I was not that good at any of the atari 2600 games although I did enjoy playing them.
I know I have written this before, but I want to start making programs that do something useful. Right now I still go from programming language to programming language. From tutorial to tutorial and never seem to accomplish anything.
Sometimes I think I will never be able to make anything useful, but maybe if I work hard I can eventually make a program. But first I need to stick with a programming language long to lean it. Today I was thinking I've had my computer for four almost five years now. What if I would have stuck with one programming language and learned that for the past few years. If I would have done that I think I would be able to write a useful program.
I don't think it's to late for me to become a programmer, but I need to decide what I want to do and stick with it instead of deciding what I want to lean and then changing my mind a few days after I make a decision to learn a certain programming language. I hope by this time next year I will have learned how to program. I hope I can do it.
