jobQuest: Its a song that is for sure.

Is it fun to listen to. You be the judge. I am not unbiased. I think its the best song I have ever composed but, that is not saying much. I wish it were saying a lot but, its not. I hope if anyone ever listen to the song that they enjoy it. I am sure that the song is titled wrong. It some have been thinking about what job a person might want or the things you want in a good job. No, I don't think those are it. But, anyway I could have titled the song differently. As I think I said above I hope that if anyone listen to the song that they enjoy it. This is oatmealBreakfast saying good morning.

Review: Thinking In Numbers: On Life, Love, Meaning, and Math

Thinking In Numbers: On Life, Love, Meaning, and Math Thinking In Numbers: On Life, Love, Meaning, and Math by Daniel Tammet
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

I thought the book was decent. My favorite part when he talked about a tribe in south America. If I remember right the tried does not care able the past or future. And they can't even draw. I also liked where the author talk about his mother.

Review: Our Native Bees: North America’s Endangered Pollinators and the Fight to Save Them

Our Native Bees: North America’s Endangered Pollinators and the Fight to Save Them Our Native Bees: North America’s Endangered Pollinators and the Fight to Save Them by Paige Embry
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

I liked the color pictures of bees. What surprised my is that there is not a lot of information about what all of the species north American eat or life. I had assumed that we knew everything there was to know about bees. The book also made me think about bees other than Honey bees and bumble bees. When I hear the word bee I think of honey bees.
I was surprised to learn that bumble bees are used to pollinate tomatoes in commercial greenhouses. I was also surprised to learn that there are cleptoparasitic bees who go into the hives of other bees and lay their eggs.
I enjoyed reading this book. I learned things I did not know.

questions: By OatmealBreakfast

I wrote the lyrics for the song a long time ago in my notebook. I do have a lot of questions about what to do with my life. OR what do I find important. I hope if anyone ever listens to the song that they enjoy the song. I know I enjoyed making the song. I figure if I make songs long enough and try to learn as much about music as I want to that someday my songs will get good enough that people will want to spend some of their time listening to OatmealBreakfast songs. Until next week this is OatmealBreakfast.

Review: Twitch for Dummies

Twitch for Dummies Twitch for Dummies by Tee Morris
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Before reading this book I had heard of twitch and been to the twitch website. I had no idea how to stream on twitch. Now after reading the book I know how to stream on twitch. One of the interesting things I learned it that twitch is not just for video games.
I set up a twitch account and set up nightbot for the chat. It was fun. I also followed some twitch accounts. What I have to do is stream because I don't have anything to stream with. But, someday I hope to stream on twitch. I thought do I really want to stream on twitch. But, it sounds exciting. How many people could I get to watch my twitch. Would I find anything to talk about. Can I stream for at least 3 hours? Would I run out of things to say?
This book goes into everything I ever wanted to know about streaming on twitch, How long should the stream be, the pros and cons of types of video games to stream, how to set up your xbox, playstaion, or computer to stream, how to set up your twitch account and more. I liked the book.
One of my favorite twitch accounts from the book is skFroi who codes and speaks Spanish on his stream.

Review: Take the Leap: Change Your Career, Change Your Life

Take the Leap: Change Your Career, Change Your Life Take the Leap: Change Your Career, Change Your Life by Sara Bliss
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

I enjoyed reading everyone of the profiles of the people in this book. My favorites where the former movie studio head who moved now helps children in Cambodia and Ben smith who went from commercial fisherman to ocean farmer. The cover of the book is also nice.

hideAndSeek: Another lackluster song from oatmealBreakfast

I wish people said that our songs are so bad they are good. But, no one says anything about our songs. I suppose silence is better than nothing. Wait silence about our songs means people said nothing. SO anyway I thought hide and seek would be a good subject for a song so I wrote that song. Its so fun writing musics. Its a shame that I am the only one who listens to the song. Then again I don't want people wasting several minutes of their lives listening to OatmealBreakfast songs. They have better things to do with their time. I hope. Until next time this is OatmealBreakfast saying good morning.

My favorite chapter we the chapter about George Washington and Robert Morris. It was exciting to read. I also liked the appendix with all the quotes. It was fun to read about all the entrepreneurs. I enjoyed reading the book.
