Buds first year of school passed without incident. On the last day of kindergarten he was up early because he could not wait to get dressed and get to school. The last day of the shool year was always graudation day for the kids at computer city kindergarten. After a quick breakfast of a grapefruit and orange juice Harriet and bud rushed off to school. Harriet was filled with as much excitement as bud was. wow, I keept writing sid when I ment bud. An author should know the name of his main character don't you think. Oh, well. The rushed to shool and were whisked inside.
Sophia care had brought cupcakes and gifts for her students. The cupcakes were chocolate with chocolate chip frosting and sprinkes on top and the gifts were diplomas and cand bars. The graduation was a simple affair. The children where in there best clothes and sat in front of the classroom in a half circle and the parents sat facing them. Mrs care would call a student and he or shewould walk to the podium to receive the gifts and then go back to their chair. Itlasted about fourty-five minutes and there was not a dry eye in the shool when itwas over. The kids cried because they would have to be away from their friends for a summer the parents because their little ones were getting older and older andsoon in a mere twelve years the would be all grown up. After the graduation endedthe parents and sudends mingled and said their goodbyes "see you next fall" they said to each other. Mrs. care sood at the podium and said how proud she was of each of her students and how much they had grown over the nine months of the shcoolyear and how sure she was that they all would enjoy the first gade. They all got in their cars and drove off but, not before mrs care greeted them at the door to say a personal goodbye. And it was back to the routine that they had before goingoff to their first year of school, summer camps, sleep overs, birthday parties, family get togethers.
As soone as Harriet and bud arrived home with sid and harriet 3 following right beind them in sids car harriet told bud to start packing for summer camp. The camp he was scheduled to attend was called SoftWare summercamp. It is a camp for kids that want to be computer programmers. At the camp thetaught web design, software design, coding, It was a full ciriculum. Sure to keepbored kids buys for hours a day. Bud could not wait to go. He did not a long waitfor summer camp because it stated the next day after school ended. Camp software as it was affectionatly know by the kids was on the outskirst of computer city ner book city. It was located in a wooded area with lots of wildflowers for the kids to watch out their windows wile the were inside learn how to program a computer. Sid and bud set off early the next morning for the half and hour car ride to camp software. They admired all the cars on the rould and could not get over the sigth off cows and sheep just a few minutes from their home in computer city. In not time the were dringing into the parking lot of the camp. Out the stepped from the car and off to the camp office they went on a beutiful summer day on the outskitrs of computer city. What majestic tress their were blowing in the breese, the animals making there chirping noised and the children walking around.
